Payslip is basically a notice
Payslip is basically a notice of salary which is given with the paycheck. That is the traditional concept of payslip. In modern times employers prefer to go for direct deposit of salary into the accounts of their employees and a payslip is issued as notice to that.
Payslips are both on the paper and online in these times. At modern organizations payslips are online while at the traditional ones payslips are based on papers. That is all dependent upon the practices at various organizations.
